Gravitational Pattern Alignment
Gravitational Pattern Alignment (GPA) is a technique used to analyse and correct compensation patterns within the human body. Primarily applied in a structural context, it offers a comprehensive approach to realigning and mobilising joints, from the toes and feet up to the head. This process restores proper movement and positioning, reducing friction and wear, while improving nerve signalling to the brain. This, in turn, enhances muscular control and proprioception, promoting a balanced and aligned body that is efficiently regulated by the nervous system, thereby reducing pain, minimising injury risk, and enhancing overall performance.

GPA was originally developed by Dr Nelson Vetanze, a chiropractor for the Denver Broncos, to keep players injury-free and performing at their peak. Ross travelled to Denver to learn this technique directly from Dr Vetanze, becoming the first chiropractor in the UK to implement the system. He now integrates GPA into his treatments with all his patients, yielding excellent results that extend well beyond the NFL.
